Club Championship records can only be broken during Club Champs (held on Wednesday nights during March each year).  Records must be signed off by a graded official.

Open Records can be broken at any event officiated by graded officials and where the results are published or a copy of the results certified by the chief official is obtained.  A list of eligible events is provided in the records document.  

Club records cannot be broken on club nights except during Club Champs.
